Treating employees with respect and understanding that without your employees, you wouldn't have a business

They also recognized that the store manager was very unhelpful and extremely rude so we learned to do things by ourselves
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Never any recognition for great work or teaching others, and being told that I couldn't move up in the company due to my schedule and then being lied to. I gave 110% into that company and was given nothing in return
