What did you like most about the interview process?

Process was about 2-3 weeks long. On site interviews allow for you to have back to back meetings with management on the team.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

There isn't any mandatory leadership training. Depending upon your leader/team, you may be able to learn and grown while other positions at Corporate does not allow growth.
