I’m part of the leadership team and I enjoy providing extra help for my associate
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The amount of work that is expected from the leadership team as far as area supervisors is not at all equivalent to a 1$-3$ Raise if that even make 3$ more than before. Store managers make UP TO $60,000 a year while DMs make up to $100,000? Not acceptable not livable below 60000
