What did you like most about the interview process?
Great interview. Simple questions and not to long.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They give good hours to the majority of their employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I had no idea i would receive any of these benefits or any compensation.
What makes you most happy at work?
My hours and when management is honest with me about my overall work ethic like as when first getting hired.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The positive part of the company all the employees seem to get along and pretty much work as a team in whatever department your assigned to.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Since being hired in March . I assume we have not had any meeting . I have not been told of any meetings. My front end co-workers are friendly and willing to give a helping hand if needed.
