I have NEVER talked to any upper Corp people I feel that they do t care about their employees.

The customers when their friendly and happy.

We have no company meetings.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They made it personal and very nice and helpful.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am part-time and get no benefits except for the discouts.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I dont!!! It doesn't seem like any of the management is on the same page.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It isn't because of the work environment in our store right now. The air conditioner has never worked properly.
