Some co workers are great. Management is a joke and disrespectful. Do not work at Ross in Salina, Kansas. Not enough pay for all the hard work. Getting timed while working is ridiculous, stupid and stressful. In addition, very inaccurate.

Not even associates to supervise the floor.

All associates can agree that we feel negatively about working with the company.

Attitudes just be adjusted. We all must work together, not against each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The way I have been approached is unacceptable. Too much work is done for little compensation. Compensation needs to be changed.
