What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are understanding, friendly, helpful, and I feel like we are family.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It gave me a good understanding of what the atmosphere would be and I was happy with that.
What makes you most happy at work?
I stay busy with no time to be bored and it makes the time go by much faster than normal.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As much as I love my job, I do however have a lot of slack to pull and work to do. I feel like the pay should be higher because I, for one, am usually the only associate on the sales floor and theres always way too many things I have to take care of.
