Very nice, agile team where every peer helping each other.
What's the vibe like in the Marketing dept at Salesforce? How many hours are you working?
Depends on the team within marketing. Some teams do 9-5, 9-6 and when there's a new launch teams stay later.

Drives delivery above quality or sustainability.
What's the Design team like at Salesforce?
Fragmented with little cross pollination.
How's the leadership on the Design team at Salesforce?
Disjointed and too busy dealing with their own things to worry about the actual people working.
What's the vibe like in the Design dept at Salesforce? How many hours are you working?
Design is pretty slow, and there is an uphill battle with some teams to get Design heard. Design leadership is disjointed, and rarely listens to the people actually doing the work. People are great, but there could be more comradery.
What needs to change to make the company culture better at Salesforce?
Live by what they teach or claim to value.
Does your office environment help with your creativity?
Sometimes. The office is distracting and usually have back-to-back meetings all day. I'm way more productive when I work remotely.
do you agree with the overall marketing strategy there?
Almost. Need to do a better job presenting the company as one Salesforce vs. separate clouds & stand-alone acquisitions.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better at Salesforce?
Often it seems like we all work at separate companies, politics get in the way of collaboration

Morale is very low
