Its nice that everyone gets stock options but isnt clear how/if we can petition to increase our amount. I also have a fairly sizeable bonus, but again it isn't clear how bonuses are tracked and paid out.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think many of us feel we are part of something unique and special. The co-founders are articulate, visionary and set a great example of what can happen when you venture out on the impossible.
