- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Management laughs at employees struggles. They constantly put you in sink or swim situations and then joke about how well / not so well you did. They completely ignore calls on the radio for assistance. There is large lack of communication and respect and too many inflated egos walking around.
