While I'm still fairly new, I've been impressed by how open the company is to feedback re: my experience as an employee. I already love the team, and I feel confident the company will rise to challenges ahead of us.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're incredibly smart but able to adapt their communication style to match those around them.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have really excellent, tailorable benefit offerings--from mental health to family planning and everything in between.

Everyone genuinely cares about one another. They frequently check in and are quick to lend a hand.
What makes you most happy at work?
I really like the people I get to work with. Their kindness and positivity make it easy to turn on Zoom in the morning.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There's a lot of flexibility in how I can approach my work. I appreciate that I can set my own tone/boundaries when it comes to hours, approach, and timeline.
