overall the company is great and the people are one of a kind. everyone brings a unique skill to the team and i enjoy working with them. however, with the amount of work and interacting with HQ, i am not paid enough for all the hours and work i do

more competitive total compensation in terms of base, bonus, and incentive. very low incentive compared to other companies

we are underpaid compared to market since my friends get a lot more at other companies. also compared to the perks at other companies, samsung is not competitive
