Overall, Samsung is a great company to work for. There is surely room for improvement, but I know the company cares and I appreciate surveys like this.
The work life balance really isn't balanced. I find myself working overtime, on weekends and during my PTO to keep up. The pay is decent but has not kept up with inflation. At the same time, I am thankful for my employment at Samsung. I know things will get better with hard work and dedication.
Great health insurance and bonus structure.
True sense of team cohesion.
The respect for all employees. We are very diverse and it's celebrated.
Attempts of the company to foster team building through GWP and other events.
Fantastic communication. I appreciate the consistent updates regarding the health of our organization.
Teamwork and collaboration. Respect and support. Everyone has it and gets it.
We are tight-knit and work well together. Everyone collaborates and assists with R&R when needed.
A good productive day when other teams are responsive, and the mundane bureaucracies are at a minimum.
Pay is great. Healthcare benefits are amazing. Onsite cafeteria (or stipend for off site) is included.
They really seem to care. They actively listen to our concerns and make strides to improve/correct when required.
Great collaboration & support. I really get along with everyone in the office and enjoy my time around them.
They do seem to care about their employees. Even in this difficult time, they do the bes t they can.
When the task load lightens, and we are able to enjoy our personal time off without logging back in or excessive overtime.
Achieving daily goals. Coffee. A little bit of goof time then back to work. Exceeding the expectations of customers and co-workers.
I feel with inflation, salaries at SSI have not kept up. I also understand with the state of the company, raises and bonuses need to slow to avoid layoffs, which I appreciate. I have faith that once we regain financial health, this issue will be considered and resolved.
