It's been a great experience overall. Samsung has provided stable employment with decent compensation. I feel I am a better professional today than when I first joined. The one thing I still need this company to take seriously, is work-life balance, serious improvement needed in that area.

Lots or learning from day one. Being a really sizable business, often time we navigate through uncharted waters. We get creative and work as a team to overcome any challenge. Feels like a small company, but it's big overall.

It's been good, and I hope it gets better as old fashioned management is phased out of the company. Old fashioned legacy management is what's holding this company back.

Stability, no layoffs, budgets for team outings like lunches.

I like that insurance cost is low, regional offices get a lunch subsidy, PTO accruals per month is good too.

I like the diversity, the willingness to help, the positive attitude to face challenges. People is what makes a company worth your while.

In general, my company provide a nice office environment with all the amenities. There are budgets to go out for lunch, have team events, and the occasional gift card that incentivizes and uplifts a little when the moral is down.
What makes you most happy at work?
If it was up to me, I wouldn't work, but since I have to, I look forward to seeing my peers and facing new situations that will trigger my imagination and skills to solve situations and propose new processes and procedures.
