What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have the most amazing benefits package in all of tech. I didn't know what I was missing until I got here.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team includes some wonderful people who are hyper focused on the business, and industry. I'd like to see a little more focus on employee sentiment/priorities.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is here to work together, and achieve common goals. We don't have the unhealthy competitive culture that occurs at some companies. Perhaps it is due to one of our corporate values being humility.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are great! We have delicious free lunches, an awesome gym, and a beautiful campus. I love that the company is focused on continuous learning which aligns directly to my personal values. #1 is that we have some of the leading technologists in the world here, their innovation is fascinating.
