For me, working at Samsung is working in a faced paced environment where there is plenty of opportunity for career growth if I so choose. I'm able to effectively contribute to my team, help others and can see the direct impact that my work has in contributing to the growth of the company overall.

Interacting and contributing to my team and knowing that I'm helping others.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I'm still very new to Samsung and appreciate the help, support and encouragement I've received from my manager, as well as director.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I'm a relatively new member to our team and appreciate everyone's willingness to answer my questions, teach me new things and quick response time when I'm asking for help.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued, yet believe there to be is a disconnect between the wage I'm currently receiving the rapidly increasing cost of housing in the Bay Area. My options for housing are narrowed due to my compensation and lack of affordability.
