Overall, it is positive working at Samsung. However, we need more stronger support team. And I feel distant with certain Dept because some are included in events and activities and others are not... but we all hear about it. Wish it was more inclusive over all.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I focus on Work that I need to do and motive others around me to do the same. In meanwhile, enjoy the benefits that company allows employees to thrive (which I really appreciated). I also enjoy meeting and collaborating others outside of my department. Appreciated all the learning and trainings!

Gym, other recreational activities, Team building and learning.

People are most positive about the culture. I have met many wonderful co-workers at Samsung.

Members are nice and encouraging. Trying to be a motivator to others and focus on work.

Having Cafe and food discount (though the portion amount can be improved), loved the insurance benefits and Gym.

Leadership recognizes the importance of raising future Leaders and investing on the people and their resources as Samsung is becoming for Global brand.

That I am constantly learning and challenging enough to continue to grow. and I get to work with positive and motivated people.

They are willing to share and be open about the business goals and directions and willing to listen to employees struggles and able to invest in making the changes.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not complaining, but I know I am underpaid compared to the industry at my level. But I like the people I work and the job I am doing here.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am able to work in a wonderful office and has great benefits like food, coffee, and gym - and love to problem solve as I face issues to resolve on daily bases.

Samsung have come a long way in investing is both in personal and professional growth. They provide many opportunities for employees to take courses on growth mindset and forward thinking. Company have encouraged a lot in making sure all employees are inclusive.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like to interact with people from various departments, using the gym, the cafe and various of other venues. But I appreciate the relationships I have built over the years with internally and externally. I really appreciated the people I work with to resolve issues rather than blaming each other.
