What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I enjoy the team work culture and being a part of a team that is reliable and that I can trust with my work duties.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Feel overworked for the job duties and responsibilities. The work load and job specialty is not compensated for, but rather rewarded in gift cards. We should be rewarded with a better pay salary increase than gift cards.
