Small but highly efficient team. Folks are rewarded by merit and not politics.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Having cafeteria which removes stress of cooking and worrying about food every day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
compensation matching other companies. Lack of stock options is a big drawback. Although there are other means but folks make lot more when companies stock climbs. Stock also gives a feeling of ownership and loyalty towards company.
