I would say that the company has made 100% improvement overall from when I started 10-13 years ago. Its almost not the same company. I really like the way it has improved.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I have been treated well over the years. My experience has been good overall. I have seen many changes for the better over the years. I'm happy at Samsung.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I can really see the company putting in the effort to keep the employees happy overall. Very forward thinking.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have allot of synergy and we all seem to genuinely like each other. This makes all the difference.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My dep VP seems to genuinely care about the team. He goes to bat for us when we have a team VOC.

the team members who surround me are nice to work with. I feel no adversity or any negative vibes in general.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Even though more pressure is put on our teams they really do their best to keep up with the demands of the business.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
In recent years (covid) my team has really shown they care. We have experienced an un precedented amounts of people being promoted after being stalled for years!
What makes you most happy at work?
The routine. The work I do brings me satisfaction. I have allot of experience with the tasks I am asked to perform. M y team respects me.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am an experienced team member and I get to share my knowledge with the less experienced team members. I love the security and I am happy with my management team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel compensation should be strictly based on performance rather than other factors like budget restrictions. This might sound unrealistic but to do so otherwise leaves allot of "gray" area to consider.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Workload keeps getting bigger and more diversified since we have been experiencing team members leave for other positions or companies. While my management team definitely verbally express their appreciation for the extra effort being put in, the compensation is not really reflected.
