My overall experience at the company has been good. Getting to start as an engineer and move into a manager position I got the opportunity to learn a lot from different projects and different team members.

Meal subsidy is good and bonus is good as well.

The leadership can set clear goals very well to move forward.

MBO bonus is equivalent with RSU provided by other big companies.

They are young and are very motivated and eager to work hard.

Our culture is to encourage each other to come up with the best solution.

We need to promote our culture which is different from other big companies in the same area.

They are multi-cultural and multi-functional and I'm enjoying talking to different people with different backgrounds from different countries.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Annual salary increase is much lower than what I expected, and what I heard from HR team before I joined.

Very friendly and easy to talk because I'm in the remote office which is much smaller than the head offcie.

I'm happy to interact with team members discussing issues they are facing on and create research direction of the team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are young, responsible, and independent. However they are inexperienced. With a little guidance from experienced, they can perform very well.
What makes you most happy at work?
Whenever I see the project go well and all targeted milestones are achieved, I feed satisfied. Whenever the issue is fixed by my little guidance, I feel happy.
