What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Not much comes to mind. Most people keep to themselves.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Great collaborative and supportive environment. This is threatened by how the new MBO encourages non-cooperation.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Upper management prioritizes things like the speakeasy and forcing office attendance while cutting our MBO. The new MBO system of rewarding high performers is nice, but not at the cost of reducing their team members MBO, as it is set up.
