I like working at my company very much.
I am not happy at this company. Compensation is bad, the team is bad, leadership is bad.
I don't think this can be improved.

To much to list in a short survey. If you are really interested, you should spend time talking to employees.
Most of them are not technically capable to do their job, and on top of that, they are not even motivated to do it.
Everybody works on their own without any common goals. The technical quality of the team is very poor. Both are the result of poor management leadership and consistent bad decisions.
Management needs to change. Talent should be recruited and retained. Performance evaluation needs to be more transparent and provide the right incentives to improve employee performance and retention. Management should make sure people feel as part of the team.
We seem to go in circles, never moving forward. Management strategy is reactive to issues, and not proactive to avoid having the issues in the first place. All we do is identify and solve bugs, mainly created due to sloppy past work.
Improve compensation to retain talent. Give incentives to the most talented people so that their contributions appear appreciated and are properly rewarded. Leadership needs to step up and completely shift the culture. This will be very hard at this stage after so many years of bad management.
