There is extremely limited opportunities for comp (no ESPP/RSU's), limited for women, limited for non-Koreans, limited for executive growth, limited for empowerment or decision making
Great staff, excited to be here
Opportunities to make an impact
So much opportunity to make an impact. BUT so many things to fix
Stock is not a part of US comp... there is a cash equiviolent, but it's not exponential like most RSU plans.
The exec team leads without ego, striving for the best decisions of the company, inclusive of employee well-being with accountability and creating a culture of growth/innovation/collaboration.
The professional environment to want to do great work. Egoless leaders without "what's in it for me" attitude. Enabling difficult, thoughtful, well informed decisions with the resources to make things happen.
The commitment level of most is superb. Family is an important part of the culture, however speed of service is also a high priority. The respect and partnership is supreme, no lack of staff willing to go the extra mile to help
There is an overall opportunity to be a part of a fun environment... lots of seasoned professionals that know how to get things done AND be happy/humorous. Along with the hard work, it's easy to see groups of workers enjoying each others company... less silos
Still extremely hierarchical , only listen to mgmt above. Limited RSU incentives... No incentives for great ideas, awarding "yes" staff. Comms are rare and mostly about DSK Culture, NOT DSA/USA Culture (Majority of DSA staff). Still a Dispatcher vs. NonDis Culture, not being addressed by leadership.
