I have been with the organization for over 8 years and I have been part of the journey where company culture has shifted from being worst to best. I was ready to quit in 3 weeks and here I am still enjoying the work and the culture every day even after 8 years. I am a proud Samsung employee !

Positivity , new challenges every day , camaraderie . Fast paced work environment
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Broad insight, having short and long term goals well defined. Change course swiftly when macro changes come into play.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Sharing and caring . Although I can say this is true for my immediate teams , I am unable to comment on teams I don't interact with
What are some of the best things about your team?
Team is honestly happy for each others' success. They continue to work together to ensure the common goal is highly successful. Together, these two instigate a positive culture and continues to motivate and gravitate everyone towards a happy and satisfactory workplace.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know we are told that the compensation is comparable to industry but without stock options, clearly there is a good 100K difference ( lower ) . Some retention bonusses are paid but they are still only making up for 30% of this difference every year.
