I have a really good bond with them as we have seen success and failures together
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very dynamic and demanding, most importantly we are competing against the best to make our produce the best. It is rare to find a work place were your work directly adds to competition.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Financial benefits like backdoor 401k or increase in 401k contribution etc. I only say this because it will help younger gen of employees to buy a house in the most competitive housing market
