What are some of the best things about your team?
They are great people, always ready to help and support each other.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Very little appreciation for the efforts I put into work. No one cares about the employee's career growth technical aspect. All that managers care about is their impression on their respective manager.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communicating with the employees. I only interact with my Manager. The manager's manager has rarely spoken to me. Initially, we used to have these team lunches which was a good platform to meet and talk to everyone which led to good bonding within the team. Now it's just all work, no play
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We can never log off at 6:00 since we have so much to interact with the Korea team. This messes up the work-life balance and on top of that work from home is discouraged. After giving so much to the company we are still getting paid less than the other competitors. Also no provision for overtime pay
