What are some of the best things about your team?
Team work! Support each other when needed. Have a weekly meeting to discuss how to support the sales and maximize the revenue in Ops perspective!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It would be nice to give a feedback when the leaders rate the final GPMS. The long term incentive bonus should be equally provided based on the performance not about the politics. Also, my personal MBO% (15%) should be increased to at least 20% as other colleagues with my same level..
