Everyone is really engaged with the work they are doing and it motivates me when things are challenging. I just really enjoy working with everyone on the team.

I love that if you're passionate about something, my department's leadership encourages you to achieve your goals. I feel there's so much opportunity to grow if you're willing to take initiative.

For me personally, I really like team. I feel like I'm appreciated and the work I do matters. I feel like if you try hard and deliver great results, it's noticed and celebrated.

I feel so fortunate to be surrounded by the incredible talent in my department. So many of my colleagues have such drive to work hard and produce great work. They really are champions of change.

I was brought in at a level that was below my skillset. Through conversations with my manager, I do believe that will be corrected but will not have full understanding until compensation review is completed in March.

I feel my departments leadership team really invested in our team as a whole. They show appreciation to everyone on the team and genuinely care about bettering the business. I don't feel that is the same outside of my departments leadership team.

I appreciate that my departments leadership team encourages us to act on initiatives we are passionate about. They really foster a culture where you can push yourself outside your comfort zone and try new things. I feel like my department also recognizes hard work and celebrates all our wins.
