When I joined 1.5 years back, I was happy and secure. However, with recent changes in upper mgmt, in an insecure and confused state due to the goals.

Within DAS pretty good while across globe little difficult dure to language barriers
What makes you most happy at work?
working on innovative technology, flexibility at work, work with talented individuals in DSA
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is one of the leaders with a clear vision and goal. However, the upper mgmt has different views of the goals. The goals keep on changing whenever there is a change in the upper mgmt / exe team. I have been here for 1.5 years, and this has happened 3 times so far. It hinders progress.
