too much bullshit and brainwashing; not really addressing the issues;

certain team just hiring who ever they interviewed. new hire quality is getting worse and worse
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
memory, foundry, packaging, all behind competitor and getting worse. executive only care politics not future. they have 3 year contract or 1 year renew, no plan to stay longer.
