They communicate with employees well enough for that employee to know what they need to do for the company's growth
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The first this is the support among colleagues, and the second thing is that the higher management always works in solving the employees concerns if there are any
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I like working for this company and I truly appreciate all the opportunities this company provides, so, I just think increasing compensation to meet market standards (as other companies give stocks) would motivate the employees a bit more.
