What does the leadership team need to get better at?

there is no Silicon valley's horizontal or inclusive culture here

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

haven't seen any company so indifferent and not having enough resource to try Machine Learning, Reinforcement Learning, or LLM.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Events, learning sessions from professors and leading industry experts, women in Samsung, staff in cafeteria keep us here. Compensation without stock is not competitive.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Leaders do not want us working from home and explicitly discouraging working from home not because of business needs but personal preference on work style.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

As there is no stock and my alumni in the area is getting total compensation 1.5 times of mine.. If you do not want to give us stock, then you should give cash bonus. It is not competitive for SSI to cut bonus on top of fact they do not give stocks.
