Being successful at what I do and helping others do the same.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are hard workers but also know how to have a good time and be "human" with one another.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are attentive to employee needs and they both value loyalty and exercise loyalty to employees. This results in long tenures of employment and continuity of our management and objectives.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Predictability of my MBO payouts based on my performance objectives. I always know how I am doing and what I need to do to achieve the results that I want.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team environment. While we work together for many hours we also choose to have lunch together when we could be going off campus, or meeting other friends. That comradery is a very valuable part of SSI culture
