I appreciate that the managers are supportive. They are always available for questions or advice. The team collaborates very well together, and treat each other with much respect.
What makes you most happy at work?
The interactions with my team, candidates and hiring teams. In a time where interactions have been limited due to Covid. It's nice to know that I can still interact and be productive within a team and make a difference.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate when our leadership teams treat everyone equally. Even though they may be of higher rank, you will still be considered and heard in a team collaboration. Everyone is kind and appreciates the hard work you attribute to your team and projects.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There is a great team dynamic. We all work hard, but have fun doing it as well. We all have similar work ethics, and all have the same endgame in mind. We all want to help find quality candidates, employees and to make sure the teams are providing a great candidate experience.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With the amount of years of experience I have doing the same job I have been doing, I feel underpaid. I understand that coming into a new organization, I have to demonstrate my capabilities, and start from the bottom. Hopefully, overtime I can show how much I can contribute to the team and dept.
