What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's reliability. I do with that there was an equity component. Maybe a phantom stock program.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their candor when asked questions about the business and how the company is responding to the ever-changing market
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The diversity is great. Also the high number of extremely well educated people. Working with smart people is a big plus.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They know how to get things done and be highly profession without sacrificing their sense of humor and still being well grounded in reality.
