The team members are really knowledgeable and give their 110% to get the job done. Everyone is empathetic and is willing to help you, in case you face any difficulties
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Growth varies from team to team. At least in my team, the pay and growth is really unfair. Even if you perform really well you might not get a fair increment or career progression. There is a great difference in compensation between On-campus and off-campus folks.
