Not just my team, all teams I interact with are highly supportive of each other, and of the goals at stake.

Being able to make a difference for a customer who wants their company to do better. Alternately, to do the same for a co-worker.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Demographics don't define you. SAP is many people working towards one mission and you, like all others, are a part of it. It's a big family tree with many branches.
