Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
At least in India the pay-scale is not enough with rising inflation. SAP will have to match salaries with other Tier 1 companies to keep employees motivated.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The management pays attention to the employee's aspiration & the area they want to work in. Team manager facilitates the team to learn new & relevant skills. Manager & Management of SAP SDC are confident & back their team strongly.
