Utterly dreadful, and ended with me being asked to sign a gagging clause to avoid exposing the research I had been asked to conduct into systemic problems in the company. Being asked to leave with a pay out rather than exposing the problems was a low point in my very long career.

Listen to people who are expert. Forcing people to sign gagging clauses when they find out problems is a shocking culture

Good people - held back by a culture of fear and senior management that are lining their own pockets and firing people that call out their incompetence.
