Compensation in current organization is below standard. Compensation should be as good as MNC companies

Compensation must improve, my reporting manager need to be replaced by someone who is technically sound and would have worked at the ground level

All work with ownership and maintain good friendly environment, except my manager who is by luck my manager, he does not deserve to be my reporting manager
