Once retired, insurance is covered for employee

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We put in overtime (during the summer, weekends, evenings) but we never get any pay for that time. We are also often held over our hours for meetings.

I work on a very caring team. Everyone is there to help each other be successful

I work with all of the teachers in my building, I don't belong to one team.

It is education, so everyone is always learning something new

Many of the staff are negative and bring others down with them.
