The people, and the standards we won't allow ourselves to slip below. That goes for the work we produce and the culture we protect. It's a culture of respect, and also high expectation, but not unreasonable expectation. We are like the special forces of the business world :).

We're in a time of significant change, but the company is really rising to meet the moment! It's a nice feeling of excitement, even if it brings a bit of chaos as well.

I have three teams, and they are all the reason I love what I do. My job is to make sure people have what they need to be successful, and my teams make that a softball pitch to hit. Really it's due to the culture, the hiring, and the leadership. They are what contribute most to the great teams.

They're genuinely nice, smart, easy people to work with. All of us know we can ping each other any time for opinions or assistance, even on topics outside of our responsibilities, and we're all there to support each other.
