Efficient, experts within the cosmetic field, all professional, all hard working and deserving of a lot.
What makes you most happy at work?
Happy clients. Im a 3 time via award winner for consistently driving our NPS and making our clients feel seen, and theres nothing that makes me feel better.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment of welcoming all beauty. I do everything I can to ensure that regardless of sephora being within a luxury market, all of my clients belong and are valued within the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Im only a BA so I dont make much over minimum wage. Gratis helps, but it doesnt pay bills. I also receive no benefits, which was to he expected because I was hired in as part time, however, ive been working full time since I was rehired.
