We dont have store meetings so it would be nice to have once in a whole
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The only positive is getting gifted free product if that wasnt on the table there would be zero perks of the job
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are expected to do everything on the floor while managers sit in the back and let floor employees run the stage all day
