I love my job and look forward to going to work at Sephora. Being a professional tradesman, journeyman electrician I am doing what I love. So to me its not a job. Sephora as afforded me the opportunity to grow and pass on to tech 1s and 2s my experience and help them grow and succeed.

The time off policy and how we can use it.
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping and watching the next generation of tradesmen grow and succeed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all bring something to the table regardless of experience in the trade. The willingness to learn and share is great.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is a millwright himself. This affords him the insight into understanding our daily challenges. So he understands our needs which are totally different then the operations teammates. 1 of the best maintenance managers I've worked with in my 30 year career.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My manager. He has created a diverse and well rounded team. That's a BIG positive. On the negative side, our HR team has created a, " us against them" environment. Basically operations teammates are more important then maintenance teammates. With maintenance teammates being at the bottom tier.
