What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

My coworkers and customers make my day so much better

What are some of the best things about your team?

I love my team just not manager or leads tbey are so mean to us and treat us horrible they are unprofessional unfair and its not right that they hire here friends only. Our store looks like a zoo our fixtures our horrible i talked to store manager and they just dont care

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I get paid the lowest out of all of of my beauty associates but i do the most and i always point out and do more then what i get paid for i picked up the most shifts i go above and beyond for customers i dedicate my self because i love my clients
