Talking about the values of sephora. however now that i work there i notice my managers dont stand by those values.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

listening to BAs. We are overworked and given no grace. We get yelled at for the slightest mistakes. Leadership doesn't listen to what's voiced to them and just pushes issues to the side.
