What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Give me what i was promised. A rise for what i deserve.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The clients we have hate shopping st our location. Everyone i know gets uncomfortable shopping at our store. The leads need to get out. They make everyone uncomfortable.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Everythint. They dont know how to manage at all. They are bullies running the floor. All they care about is the sell, not the client and especially not the employee.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

We all need to stand up together and face leadership and the way they manage. There is absolutely no work-life balance and the hours at my store are a joke.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I am deprived of my deserved gratis! I am promised one thing and then they'll take it away from me. They do not allow me to get trainings. I am scared to talk to coworkers and brand reps. They withhold gratis that beand reps give me.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

We need better leads, i can not stress this enough. The store director treats us like we are five year olds. The executive lead does not value our work life balance and shcedules us for either low hours or strange hours. The operations lead is a nightmare to work with, beauty lead withholds gratis.
