Micromanaging makes it hard to do job, love the actual job hate my store manager and headset. Manager pretends to care about employees but only cares about goals. Shes also rude and always gets complaints. They put way too much pressure on sales/CC/focuses.

Customers and coworkers, also love makeup!'
What are some of the best things about your team?
Love my team. We all agree on management, but we all try to have fun! (Its makeup, shouldnt it be fun?!)
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because were promised gratis/TP for getting cards but never get anything. Also my manager focuses on stuff we dont do rather than what we do.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Some leadership is more relaxed and makes it easier to sell and do my job. Store manager is actually nuts. She barks orders but never actually shows us how to do something.
